You already have a PG in your hand why do you again want to do a course in HR? Didn't you find any good job opportunities in India with respect to your educational qualification? I would suggest you to find some good job may be in Media or as a PR in reputed companies. Work for some time; get some exp for 2 to 3 years; then you decide whether you want to continue with your studies or stick to your job.
