Very interesting. Good mat'l to know. It'll keep you out of trouble, knowing what questions you can/can't ask during an interview etc. You'll cover various laws and so forth. I would take take the course. You may find that you'd like to enter the field of HR.

If your college offers any courses in Human Resources any of those would be great to take. However smaller schools don't always have them. I went to a small college and majored in communication but that is fine for working in HR. Most HR jobs are just looking for you to have a degree in business, management, psychology, communication, or some other general degree. You really should focus on looking for an internship or part time job in HR so you can start getting experience while in college. There are a lot of entry level positions out there but unless you have an HR specific degree they are going to want you to have some experience.

I am still trying to figure that out myself... I am currently enrolled in a master program for h.r. and am wondering if it will do me any good... I don't have experience in H.r. and have been unable to obtain a job as a entry level position. If u can get into h.r. it's a good field, and it pays decently... Good luck to you!

Can any Human Resource Manager share his experience

Can any Human Resource Manager share his experience?
Hey human resource managers! :) I'll graduate college this year and I was planing to apply for manager courses and then choose human resource management specialization. If you have any experience in this field can you please share it? What it takes to become HRM (personal qualities, education, etc.) Is it hard job? Why? Do you enjoy it? Just tell me your experiences if you work or have worked as HRM. Thank you.

Somewhere in the world there is a proverb that says: "The farmer did not say how good the cheese with pears ..." I personally think that since you posted the question, not difficult, in this section and you do not already have all the elements you suggest a keyword search on any browser. Given the few comparisons to your question, it seems that all the specialists have put 's acceptance of a fact: don't let answers. Wow! It's terrible.
