Hey human resource managers! :) I'll graduate college this year and I was planing to apply for manager courses and then choose human resource management specialization. If you have any experience in this field can you please share it? What it takes to become HRM (personal qualities, education, etc.) Is it hard job? Why? Do you enjoy it?
