I just finished my Batchelor's Degree in Management and Human resource management. and now im want to do Masters in HR or Management in USA. My Budget is from USD15,000 to 20,000 including all expenses Tuition & Fees,medical and textbooks only. please Help me. USD15-20,000. in one of these states CA, LA, NY , Ohio, Florida seatle Washington....remember i have no family there

I am located in India. I want to do a one year course in Human Resources in US or UK. Ive done my MBA (General Management). Please help me out. I need details of course and universities offering it. I also need some scholarship for the same. Please help me out. US has more universities for you too choose, and there are different kinds of financial aid to apply. so If I were you I would choose US. on the other hand, I think most depends on yourself, if you can get into the top university. just remember, the better the university is, the more scholarships you can apply to and might get finally. I dunno which universities you wanna get into. so I cant tell the details of the universities. just check out those ones you're interested online, there's a link named "financial aid" in admission area, i think you can get more info there by yourself. good luck!

Most often people hired to work in HR are not smart enough to use computers.

Peoplesoft would probably be the most commonly used ERP sized application for HR. Payroll applications usually tend to be outsourced to a vendor (Paychex, ADP, etc) or processed by a custom application in house.
