US has more universities for you too choose, and there are different kinds of financial aid to apply. so If I were you I would choose US. on the other hand, I think most depends on yourself, if you can get into the top university. just remember, the better the university is, the more scholarships you can apply to and might get finally. I dunno which universities you wanna get into. so I cant tell the details of the universities. just check out those ones you're interested online, there's a link named "financial aid" in admission area, i think you can get more info there by yourself. good luck!
