I was planning to shift to this course. Could it give a lot of opportunities, careers when one's a graduate here? What kind of career could I possibly get?

You would be able to get a job as a human resource manager. IE: someone who hires, trains, gets you set up, handles any internal conflicts between employees, etc. Honestly, it's mostly just the larger companies that can afford to hire someone specifically dedicated to it. It will of course make you eligible for a normal manager's job as well, so it won't hurt you to major in it and just adds a more specified element to it.
